Sheth CN Vidyavihar has collaborated with aadhar for its Heritage Film Festival twice – in the years 2013 and 2014. Several documentaries on Arts and Crafts of India were screened at the CN Rangbhavan Amphitheatre where at least 3000 students were present with their parents to watch it. One of the festivals also had a live demonstration of Mata ni Pachhedi where students got to see the process of making it. The festival was effective in that it left a good impact on the students and got them interested in talking about arts, crafts and culture.
During the year 2015, under the ‘Explore Ahmedabad Arts’ competition, CN Vidyavihar students secured first position for documenting and filming about a folk art of Ahmedabad. We wish aadhar best wishes for the future. It remained a great learning experience for the participating students and a wonderful collaboration for Sheth CN Vidyavihar.
